China Expo Tour Company Terms and Conditions

This document outlines the terms and conditions for participating in tours organized by ChinaExpo. By purchasing a tour, you agree to these terms.

Key points:

Registration and Payment:

• Customers Must be over 18 and have a valid credit card.

• Upon successful booking and payment, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your order. This email will serve as your official confirmation document.

• A copy of your order confirmation will also be available in your member area on chinaexpo.co.il. You can access your member area to review your order details at any time.

• Payment must be made in full before departure.

• The company reserves the right to decline a booking if all booking conditions and payment requirements are not fully met prior to departure.

 

Communication:

• We recommend keeping your confirmation email safe and readily accessible for reference.

• The member area on chinaexpo.co.il provides a central location to manage your bookings and access important information.

Minimum Participants:

• We reserve the right to cancel a tour if this minimum is not met. Notification of cancellation will be provided at least 5 days prior to the tour departure date. In the event of a tour cancellation due to insufficient participants, no refunds or compensation will be provided.

• The company reserves the right to cancel tours if the minimum is not met.

 

Trip Duration, Itinerary, and Flight Information:

• Trip Duration:
  The advertised trip duration includes the departure and return days. Flight schedules may result in partial travel days for which no compensation will be provided. The number of overnight accommodations, as specified, defines the trip length.

• Itinerary:
  While we strive to follow the published itinerary, changes to the order, timing, and duration of activities may occur. Guided tours are typically four hours per day. The itinerary is subject to modification.

• Flight Information:
  Flights may be operated by scheduled or charter airlines and may include stopovers. Flight times and schedules are subject to change without notice. We cannot guarantee direct flights or specific flight times.

 

Pricing, Taxes, and Disclaimers:

• Pricing:
  Tour prices include the services outlined in the itinerary. Additional fees may apply for single Accommodation, fuel surcharges, port taxes, visa fees, and any other increases incurred between the time of booking and departure. You will be notified of any price changes prior to departure.

• Information Accuracy:
  The information provided on our website and in other materials is based on the most current data available. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of information obtained from external sources unless verified in writing by us.

• Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
  These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Cyprus law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.

 

Itinerary:

• The itinerary is subject to change.

• Flight times and hotels may change.

• The company is not responsible for flight delays or cancellations.

 

Prices:

• Prices include the listed services but may not include additional fees like visa fees or fuel surcharges.

• Prices are subject to change.
   

Accommodation:

• Hotel Standards:
  Most accommodations will be in 5-star hotels, with some exceptions of 4-star hotels. Hotel ratings are based on local standards, not Israeli standards. Locations may vary and may not always be in city centers. Hotels offer breakfast only. A list of hotels will be published on our website.

• Room Assignments and Amenities:
  Check-in time is typically 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Room types include double rooms with two single beds or one double bed. Triple rooms may have extra beds. Room assignments are based on availability and may vary in size and amenities. We cannot guarantee specific room types, locations, or views.

• Hotel Responsibilities:
  The hotel is responsible for its own operations, including room cleaning, maintenance, and amenities. We are not liable for any hotel-related issues.

• Hotel Changes:
  The hotel list on our website is subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to find alternative accommodations of similar quality if necessary.

Transportation:

• Group Transportation:
  A dedicated air-conditioned tour bus will be provided for group transportation. Please note that air conditioning standards may vary by country. Bus drivers' hours of operation are limited to eight hours per day. Overtime charges may apply for extended services. Passengers must follow driver instructions and maintain bus cleanliness.

• Airport Transfers:
  Enjoy a seamless start to your trip with our complimentary airport transfer service. We will arrange transportation between the airport and your hotel.

 

Luggage Handling:

• The company does not provide porterage services. Hotel porterage services are subject to availability and may involve additional wait times.

 

Guide:

• A tour guide will accompany the group.

• Tips for the guide are not included in the tour price.

Cancellation:
 

• All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to support@chinaexpo.co.il

• Cancellations made 45 days or less prior to the tour start date: No refunds will be issued.

• Cancellations made more than 45 days prior to the tour start date: A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total tour price may be charged, depending on the incurred expenses.

• Flights: All flights are non-refundable. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment.

• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to safeguard your investment in case of unforeseen circumstances that necessitate a cancellation. Travel insurance can provide coverage for various reasons, including illness, injury, or other unexpected events.

• Please contact your travel insurance provider directly for specific policy details and claims procedures.

• Important: This cancellation policy applies to all customers booking organized tours with ChinaExpo.

Insurance and Traveler Responsibility:

• Insurance:
  We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance immediately upon booking your trip. This includes coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and baggage loss or damage. Consider adding medical evacuation insurance to your policy. It is your responsibility to obtain and activate your insurance policy before departure.

• Traveler Responsibility:
  You are responsible for any damages caused to hotels, transportation, or other properties during your trip. If damages occur, you will be held liable for the repair or replacement costs. The company reserves the right to charge you for these costs and reimburse the affected parties.

Documents:

• Passports must be valid for at least six months after the tour.

• Visas must be obtained by the traveler or by us for an additional fee.

• Passport Requirements

  • Passport Validity and Blank Pages:

    • Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your departure date.

    • To ensure smooth border crossings, your passport must contain at least three consecutive blank pages.

    • For destinations requiring entry visas, such as China, a minimum of five consecutive blank pages is necessary.

    • Failure to meet these passport requirements may prevent you from boarding your flight, and any resulting costs are solely your responsibility.

  • Passport Information and Changes:

    • The name on your passport must match the name on your booking.

    • You must provide a clear copy of your passport's personal information page when making a booking.

    • If your passport changes after booking, you must notify us immediately in writing and obtain written confirmation from us of the updated information. Changes made after payment may incur additional fees.

Health Requirements:

• Medications and Vaccinations: Travelers are responsible for checking which medications and vaccinations are required for their destination. It is recommended to consult with a doctor and check the recommendations of the Ministry of Health.

• Pregnant Women: Pregnant women must present a medical certificate in English confirming that they are fit to fly.

• Travel Advisories: It is recommended to check the latest travel advisories on the website of the Counter Terrorism Bureau.

Other important points:
 

• The company is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances or changes beyond its control.

• Travelers are responsible for their own health Insurance.

• Disputes will be resolved in accordance with the law.
